We have 6 squash courts, a dedicated indoor cycle studio, wide range of classes in and out, the FIITZONE area or main studio.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Cardio – 8 incline treadmills, 4 Cyber Arc trainers, 3 Lifetime cross-trainers, 2 Matrix stair climbers, 4 Upright Matrix virtual bikes, 2 Lifetime recumbent bikes, Hand bikes, 6 Concept rowing machines.
Resistance machines – Techno gym, Plate loaded leg press, Plate loaded squat rack, Smith machine, Lat pulldown, Pulley, Triceps machine, Arm curl, Pec deck, Chest press, Shoulder press, Adductor, Abductor, Leg press, Knee extension, Leg curl, Multi station pulley and 2 dual action pulleys.
Free weights – Dumbbells range from 1kg – 55kg and Fixed barbells 5kg – 45kg.
FiiTZone Area (based in the gym) – Assault Bike, Concept 2 SkiErg, Concept 2 rowers, 2 assault runners, Plyo boxes, Barbells and dumbbells, Kettlebells 4kg – 32kg, Battle ropes, Bosu, Medicine balls, Stability balls and Boxing bags.

Combining functional circuit training with our hi-tech cardio machines our FiitZone sessions are the ideal class for a full body challenge. FiitZone is a gym-based class led by a Personal Trainer. Small group sizes of 10 people mean you get individual guidance, as our expert Personal Trainer’s make adaptations to suit your body and fitness level.
A typical class might involve hitting a specific target on a cardio machine, followed by a circuit of gym equipment, battle ropes, medicine balls, and kettlebells, so this is a great way to get to know all the equipment our gym has to offer.
Classes are 45 minutes long and run up to 4 times a day.
Throughout the gym you will find MyZone screens, and with the addition of MyZone belts (which can be purchased at the gym) that link to the screens you can monitor your effort levels in the gym. They help you get more from your workout and let your instructor know when you can do more, so they can help you meet your goals.
Personal training can help you get the results you are after. Our highly qualified team of Personal Trainers will develop programs to suit you, whilst offering motivation and a fun way to workout.

Hi, I’m Lucy Egan, and I’ve been into training and fitness my whole adult life. I love to bring energy and enthusiasm to everything that I do. My aim is to share the physical and mental benefits that pushing yourself can bring. I have been a Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycling and Zumba instructor, as well as general manager. Now as Club Director, I want to continue offering a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, and to spread my joy for sports and exercise.
Hello, I’m Ben Hutton, and I’m joint Director of this fantastic new club with Lucy and Matt. Previously I was Head Coach, and developed a successful junior squash programme, with national and international championship wins. I’ve represented Sussex County Squash at all levels and even had the pleasure in captaining many teams to national championships. I’m also qualified as a level 3 England Squash Coach and experienced racquetball coach. My role within the club is in the day-to-day running, with a focus on the squash programme (adults, juniors and teams).
Hi there, I’m Matt Lambert, and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for more than 20 years, successfully helping clients achieve their fitness goals whether that’s weight loss, body shape changes or general cardiovascular health improvements. In my early years I was national swimming champion, and I’m still a very keen runner. I lead an active group of 150 runners in a group called Hove Hornets Fitness Club. My aim as Club Director is to ensure the gym keeps to the highest possible standards, from the equipment we choose to our welcoming environment for everyone to thrive in.
